Why did you choose to attend Tulane?

I chose Tulane for my MHA studies because of its strong community, both on campus and within New Orleans. I knew I'd have a strong support system and never feel alone. I also spoke to current students, which provided me with valuable insights that made my decision easier.

Why are you interested in volunteering as a student ambassador?

I am interested in volunteering as a student ambassador because I know the challenges of choosing the right graduate school, and I want to be a resource for prospective students to help with the decision-making process. I also want to be more involved with the school's community!

What's your dream job?

My dream job is to be the Chief Executive Officer of a long-term care facility in Florida.

What advice would you give someone thinking about getting a degree in public health?

My advice for someone getting a degree in Public Health is not to worry if you're uncertain about your specific career path. Public Health offers a wide variety of career options, which is the beauty of it! As you start taking classes, you will learn the things that interest you, and this will help you find your own path.

Any hobbies, interests, etc. outside of public health?

Since I am new to New Orleans, I love eating at different restaurants and exploring the city with my friends. I also enjoy playing tennis and reading in my free time!

What is the best thing about being a student at Tulane thus far?

The best thing about being a student is the closeness of everyone in my cohort. I feel like we are a little family, which makes me enjoy the classes even more. I also enjoy all the events that the school hosts because it allows everyone to get together outside of classes.
