Dual Degree & Other Programs

Students enrolled in other Tulane professional programs may pursue a dual degree with the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine:

School of Medicine

School of Social Work

  • MSW/MPH in Social, Behavioral, and Population Sciences

School of Business

  • MBA/MHA in Health Policy and Management
    • Current or prospective MBA students interested in the joint degree must apply to the MHA program through SOPHAS and then contact the Office of Admissions at the SPHTM, to inform them of their application.

School of Law

  • JD/MHA in Health Policy and Management
    • Current or prospective JD students interested in the joint degree must apply to the MHA program through SOPHAS and then contact the Office of Admissions at the SPHTM, to inform them of their application.

Dietetic Internship

The Tulane Dietetic Internship Program is a graduate-level supervised practice program for students who would like to become registered dietitians. It is a full-time non-degree program with a community emphasis.

Diploma Course in Tropical Medicine

This Diploma course is a non-degree certificate program designed for physicians and clinical health care providers to deal with infectious public health problems in tropical developing countries
