The Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) for its bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.
Accreditation was last awarded in October 2017 for a seven-year term, extending to July 1, 2025. The school has been accredited since 1947.

Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Management Education (CAHME)–the accrediting agency for the Master's of Health Administration. The MHA program has been accredited by CAHME since 1971.
- The Applied Science Accreditation Commission of ABE–the accrediting agency for the MSPH in Industrial Hygiene Tulane’s Industrial Hygiene program has been ABET-accredited since 1996.
- The Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) – accrediting agency for the Dietetic Internship program
