Why did you choose to attend Tulane SPHTM?
I decided to attend Tulane for a few reasons. The first being the community Tulane has created. During my application process, the admissions team was extremely helpful and made Tulane feel like home which made my decision to attend easy. The next being the amazing city of New Orleans!
Why are you interested in volunteering as an SPHTM Student Ambassador?
I would like to share my love of Tulane and the amazing community it offers with perspective students.
What's your dream job?
• My dream is to become an OB/GYN and open my own birthing center.
What advice would you give someone thinking about getting a degree in public health?
Public Health is in everything, so follow your heart and passion, even it leads you to creating your own niche field.
Any hobbies, interests, etc. outside of public health?
Crafting and trying all the restaurants New Orleans has to offer.
What is the best thing about being a student at SPHTM thus far?
The best thing about coming to Tulane has been the amazing people I have met. This last year at Tulane has allowed me to people from different backgrounds and furthered my Public Health interests. Also, all the people I've met have been extremely helpful and my journey a bit smoother.
