Greg Buchert, MD, MPH

Greg Buchert has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including managed care health plans, medical group management, hospital administration, and information technology vendor services. He is President and CEO of GSB Health Management Solutions, a boutique consulting service designed to improve healthcare delivery to particularly vulnerable individuals. Dr. Buchert received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, and his Master of Public Health in Health Care Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

David F. Edwards, JD

David Edwards a partner in the Tax Practice Group at Jones Walker, where he focuses on estate planning and administration. He is a board-certified estate planning and administration specialist, and his practice includes charitable planning and the settlement of trusts. Mr. Edwards is an active member of the New Orleans community and has served on the Boards of numerous civic and community organizations. He is also a trustee of the Collins C. Juan J. Gershanik, MD

Juan Gershanik was born in Concepcion del Uruguay, Argentina, and received his medical degree from the School of Medicine o the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. He did his training in pediatrics/neonatology in the U.S. and came to Louisiana in 1971 to head the Section of Neonatology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, where he developed the first neonatal intensive care unit with an organized transport system for sick newborns in the state.

Adrea Heebe, JD

Adrea (Adrea) Heebe is an attorney with longstanding ties to the New Orleans area. She is a past board member of the New Orleans Museum of Art, Longue Vue House and Gardens, and the New Orleans Shakespeare Festival at Tulane University. She currently serves on the New Orleans Opera Association Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Visitors of MD Anderson Cancer Center. Ms. Heebe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Newcomb College, as well as a Juris Doctor from the Tulane School of Law, where she was a member of the Tulane Law Review.

Stacy Kramer, MPH

Before retiring in June 2021, Stacy Kramer was the Vice President of Global Health & Safety for Freeport-McMoRan, based in Phoenix, Arizona. She began her career with Phelps Dodge (which later became Freeport-McMoRan) in 1996 and later became the Health and Safety Manager for the Safford, Arizona mine during design, construction, commissioning and then operation. In 2013 Ms. Kramer became the Director of Risk Management at the corporate office, responsible for Global Fatality Prevention and FMA Health and Safety. She has a B.S.

Maurice "Mel" L. Lagarde III, MPH

Mel L. Lagarde, III is president and chief executive officer of HCA MidAmerica Division, a part of HCA Healthcare, one of the leading providers of healthcare services nationwide. Prior to his role as HCA MidAmerica Division president, he served as president of the HCA Healthcare’s Delta Division and chief executive officer of HCA’s Gulf Coast Division in Texas. Lagarde received a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in 1979 and a Master of Public Health from Tulane’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 1981.
