Creating a Welcoming Environment from Staff Recruitment to Retention

I am writing to share an excellent professional development opportunity that I believe will be highly beneficial for all of us.

On Wednesday, July 30th. 1:30-3:00 via Zoom, The Office of Institutional Excellence, in partnership with Lauren Adams from the Office of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, is offering a crucial training session on how to create a welcoming and inclusive environment at every stage of the employee journey.

This training will cover the ins and outs of what it takes to build a welcoming workplace, beginning with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, and continuing through to ensuring all our colleagues feel valued and supported once they are part of our team.
