Peter Tucci, JD

Peter Tucci is a partner in the law firm Fox Rothschild LLP and co-chair of the firm’s 200-attorney Corporate Department. Based in Philadelphia, his practice spans a wide variety of both domestic and international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures. Mr. Tucci received his JD and his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Pennington School, as well as on the Board of Directors of London Life Reinsurance Company and the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation, Inc. In 2005 Mr. Tucci received the title of Chevalier (Knight) of the French Legion of Honor, which recognizes eminent service to the Republic of France. He and his wife Lisa joined the Dean’s Advisory Council in October 2020.
