Wave City Market hosts grand opening

Wave City Market, the brand-new multi-outlet dining spot for Tulane Unversity's downtown campus, celebrated its grand opening on March 11, an exciting new development for the Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Located on the ground floor of the Tulane Medical Center at 1415 Tulane Avenue, this vibrant market includes several eating establishments, including two new concepts from Chef Edgar “Dook” Chase IV: Homage, a breakfast and lunch spot that serves Southern Style favorites, and Alva Jean’s, where you will find delicious rice and protein bowls.
