Academic Nutrition Programs
Tulane Nutrition offers the following academic programs.
The MSPH in Nutrition trains future public health nutritionists to manage programs and shape policies that improve nutritional health and food security for individuals, households, and communities.
This program combines a Master of Public Health (MPH) program with enhanced practical training. Trainees will be immersed in a food systems approach to maternal and child health and nutrition.
The Dietetic Internship Program is a graduate-level supervised practice program for students who would like to become Registered Dietitians. It is a full-time non-degree program with a community emphasis.
