The Tulane SPHTM 2020 graduate career outcomes report shows positive results

Even in a pandemic year, the class of 2020 SPHTM alums secured employment at a high rate; of the 380 students who responded to a graduate career outcomes report survey, 96% are working, volunteering, or continuing education within one year of graduation. 

The 2020 Graduate Career Outcomes Report includes data from SPHTM students in the graduating classes of August 2019, December 2019, and May 2020.

The median starting annual salary range reported by graduates securing employment is $50,000 - $59,999.

The Top 10 Employment Sectors were health care, higher education, government (local, state, and federal), non-profit, research, management and consulting, advertising/PR/marketing, internet and software, defense, and oil and gas.

The report showed that graduates chose to live and work in locations nationally and internationally. The top 10 locations our students were headed to were Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New York City, and Washington, District of Columbia.
