Biography
Allison Ju-Chen Hu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She is a health services researcher whose work aims to enhance access to and quality of care for underserved populations. Her research interests include substance use, mental health, Medicaid, and health disparities. Currently, her research has two overarching goals: (1) reducing treatment gaps in opioid use disorder and (2) addressing unmet needs in pain management amid the ongoing opioid epidemic.
