HPAM students make the case in advocacy trips
A group of Health Policy & Management students recently took a trip to the Capitol building in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for Legislative Advocacy Day (March 31, 2025). Students organized into teams of three for mock testimony to simulate the process of participating in legislative hearings.
Also later in April, the Capstone DC Experience for students in the MPH Health Policy Program occurred. The event was coordinated by Chip Kahn, President and CEO of the Federation of American Hospitals and a program alum, and included meetings with federal policy experts and an alumni reception.
