Jillian Torres, PhD, MHA

Jillian Torres is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Her academic interests and areas of expertise are around healthcare strategic planning, quality improvement, change management and analytics.

Prior to joining the faculty at Tulane, Jillian worked as a management consultant and strategic growth advisor for a number of health systems across the country. In these roles, Jillian leveraged large datasets to analyze markets, generate competitive insights, and offer comprehensive growth recommendations to a range of executive healthcare clients. She has held leadership roles at Northwell Health, Mayo Clinic, and Ochsner Health.
