Dr. Larry Webber is professor emeritus in the Department of Biostastitics. His research interests were in cardiovascular risk factors and risk behaviors for children and adolescents, with a pursuit of describing the prevalence and incidence in various populations, in identifying correlates of those risk factors and risk behaviors, and in studying the trends over time (tracking) of those factors. Webber developed research designs that are relevant for behavioral interventions, particularly group-randomized designs.
