Why did you choose to attend Tulane SPHTM?

Based on my experience at Tulane University for my undergraduate degree, I was set on returning for further education! Tulane has the best learning atmosphere I have ever experienced, and the culture, knowledge, and opportunities to succeed are unmatched.

Why are you interested in volunteering as an SPHTM Student Ambassador?

I was able to work as a Tulane undergraduate tour guide, as well as working as a New Student Leadership Ambassador during my undergraduate career. The chance to volunteer as a SPHTM Student Ambassador and work with potential students is something that means a lot to me, and to be able to spread information about the many programs offered is amazing!

What's your dream job?

My dream job would be working within healthcare investment banking, either based within a larger company looking at healthcare investing, or within smaller venture capital based sectors focusing on the future of healthcare.

What advice would you give someone thinking about getting a degree in public health?

I would definitely say to focus on what you would see yourself doing in a dream job situation, and be able to look at the different degree and program options to see which path of education best lines up with the field you want to enter!

Any hobbies, interests, etc. outside of public health?

Cooking, tennis, foreign languages, social media, fashion

What is the best thing about being a student at SPHTM thus far?

The best thing about being a student at SPHTM has been the camaraderie and the community that I have found, and the combination of new friends, fabulous professors, and the overall experience I have had thus far.
