Why did you choose to attend Tulane SPHTM?

I had a great experience during my BSPH program here at Tulane. The MHA program provides a diverse range of resources, guidance, and support in an atmosphere that propels students towards successful careers.

Why are you interested in volunteering as an SPHTM Student Ambassador?

I love Tulane Public Health! I think it is a wonderful department and I want to encourage current students (and prospective students) to become more involved!

What's your dream job?

I am particularly interested in working in hospital operations. I hope to focus on the optimization of care delivery through operational and administrative efficiency.

What advice would you give someone thinking about getting a degree in public health?

Public health is an incredibly broad field with many different opportunities. Keep an open mind when entering any program. I considered so many different routes within the field before I found my niche!

Any hobbies, interests, etc. outside of public health?

I love to read, hike, and go for long walks with my dog!

What is the best thing about being a student at SPHTM thus far?

Tulane SPHTM has provided me with some of the best opportunities through both networking and academic experiences. Faculty members are accessible, supportive, and encouraging, and you can tell that they truly care about the success of all students.
