New Student Orientation

Spring 2018

Wednesday, January 10 thru Friday, January 12, 2018

Female students from Bolivia and Washington DC, holding signs with their country/city

Join us for New Student Orientation where you'll meet new and current students, faculty and staff. Important information on university policies, campus safety procedures, financial aid, and much more will be discussed. If you haven’t met with your advisor don’t forget to schedule a one-on-one session to discuss registration, degree requirements, or any other academic questions. Orientation is great way to successfully transition to SPHTM and New Orleans. Please contact SPHTM Student Affairs at 504-988-7111 or if you have any questions along the way. We’re glad you chose Tulane, and we look forward to providing an excellent experience.

Click on each day for a schedule of events.

  • All events are held at the Tidewater Building (1440 Canal Street) unless otherwise listed.
  • STUDENT IDs ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN AND VISIBLE. IDs are processed all week in Card Services, Tidewater Bldg., 8th floor, Rm. 803 (must show driver’s license or passport and must be registered for classes – hours 8:30am to 4:30pm – closed for lunch noon-1pm).
