Join us Friday, February 14th at 1pm for a lunchtime seminar presented by Chelsea Singleton, PhD, MPH, on “Strategies to Increase Healthy Food Retail and Purchasing in Low-Income Communities in Illinois.” The seminar will be held in Tidewater room 1204 and lunch will be served. Dr. Singleton is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health, College of Applied Health Sciences, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
