We're partnering with the School of Social Work on several non-partisan, open Decompressing & Managing Emotional Health Session for the entire community of both schools. Specifically related to well-being we are having thirty-minute mindfulness sessions. Faculty, staff, and students are welcome via Zoom from 12:00 to 12:30 pm Central Time on November 5 and 6 to center themselves in the present, develop inner calm and mental clarity, and reduce anxiety and stress.
