Attach to your application a one-to-two-page career statement, which should focus on your public health goals.
| - Information Release Form
Complete the information release permission section on the application form to allow the School of Medicine to release your AMCAS transcripts, MCAT scores, and letters of recommendation to the MD/MPH Combined Degree Program.
| - Two or three letters of recommendation to highlight public health
You may use the letters of recommendation from your School of Medicine application file, and/or you may submit addition letters of recommendation that focus on your public health interests or experiences and provide faculty and the MD/MPH Combined Degree Advisory Committee additional information about you. Deadline: The application priority deadlines for the MD/MPH combined degree program are as follows: - April 15: Early Acceptance Award
- October 15: Fall Acceptance Award
