This is the first in a two-part, intensive, interactive program suited to students looking for a summer position, post-graduation job, or to expand their professional network. Over the course of the workshop series, students will implement a precise method of outreach with guidance and support.
In order to participate, you must "Register" for this event above AND schedule a 10-minute appointment with Catherine Pugh (by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org) before March 17. At that 10-minute appointment, you will be given a complimentary copy of The 2-Hour Job Search, the book upon which the workshop series is based, and we will review the requirements of the program. The following are the expectations of the workshop series, and if these expectations are not met, you must return your copy of the book:
· Read the book before the first session.
· Attend the first and second sessions in full (or advise of any conflicts):
o 3/23 from 2 - 5pm in Tidewater 1202
o 4/6 from 2 - 3:30 pm in Tidewater 1202
· This is a highly-interactive program, participants are expected to contribute to discussion and share their experiences. The total time commitment is about 10 hours.
