Why did you choose to pursue your MPH at Tulane SPHTM?

I chose Tulane because of the faculty, community feel, and location in vibrant New Orleans. After spending my childhood and undergraduate career in the Midwest, the community feel of Tulane in a place so rich with history, music, and food attracted me to the school. The degree program competencies and professors so active as public health practitioners also sold me on Tulane.

What are your MPH/MCH interests and your career goals?

I am interested in maternal and child health policy, patient care access for women, and barriers to contraceptive access. I hope to one day work toward greater contraceptive access for patients in a patient care or legislative setting.

What are your interests outside of school?

I love to cook new dishes, learn songs on the piano, spend time with family, and play with my dachshund, Rigatoni!
